Join Dr. Sasha Speer, pelvic health specialist and founder of Auria Pelvic Health, for a supportive and informative workshop designed for moms with children ages 4 and under.


In this workshop, you’ll learn how to safely rebuild strength and reconnect with your core and pelvic floor—no matter how long it’s been since you gave birth. We’ll cover the “why” behind common issues and give you practical, effective strategies you can start using right away.
