About Auria Pelvic Health

At Auria Pelvic Health, we believe exceptional pelvic care happens when clinicians are supported, trusted, and given the space to practice thoughtfully. We are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who values whole-person care, clinical depth, and meaningful patient relationships.

What It’s Like to Work at Auria

1-on-1 Patient Care (Always)

  • We schedule one patient per hour—no double booking, no tech hand-offs. This allows you to build genuine therapeutic relationships and deliver highly individualized, attentive care without rushing.

Whole-Body, Root-Cause Approach

  • Pelvic health is never treated in isolation. Our clinicians evaluate and treat through a holistic lens that integrates:

    • Orthopedics & biomechanics

    • Nervous system regulation

    • Visceral & fascial connections

    • Emotional and psychosocial contributors

We take the time to understand why symptoms exist—not just how to manage them.

Paid Training + Ongoing Mentorship

  • You are never expected to “figure it out alone.” We provide:

    • Paid onboarding and structured pelvic health training

    • Mentorship with senior clinicians

    • Ongoing clinical education, case discussions, and skill development

    • Support whether you’re newer to pelvic health or deepening advanced expertise

Our goal is long-term clinical confidence, not burnout.

Calm, Private Treatment Environment

  • Work in peaceful, private treatment rooms filled with natural light—no crowded gyms, no chaos. Our spaces are intentionally designed to support regulation, focus, and comfort for both patients and clinicians.

Deep, Compassionate Patient Education

  • Education is central to healing at Auria. You’ll have the time and support to ensure patients truly understand their bodies, their symptoms, and their path forward—delivered with clarity, empathy, and respect.

Collaborative, Growth-Oriented Culture

  • You’ll join a team that values:

    • Clinical excellence without ego

    • Collaboration over competition

    • Personal and professional growth

    • Open communication and shared learning

We care deeply about how it feels to work here.

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate, curious, and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our integrative pelvic health team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference by helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies—through individualized, whole-person care.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that’s passionate about mentorship, clinical development, and holistic healing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1-on-1, hands-on care tailored to the full spectrum of pelvic and orthopedic health needs.

  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans with a whole-body focus.

  • Educate and empower patients with clear, compassionate guidance throughout their recovery.

  • Collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary providers to deliver cohesive, head-to-toe care.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in pelvic health and physical therapy best practices.

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for all patients.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

  • 2+ Years of Orthopedic and/or pelvic health experience

  • Deep interest in holistic care and treating the body as an interconnected system.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and education.

  • California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Why Join Auria Pelvic Health?

  • Be part of a mission-driven, women- and PT-owned clinic dedicated to truly comprehensive pelvic health care.

  • Thrive in a nurturing environment that values quality over quantity and meaningful patient relationships.

  • Grow professionally with mentorship, continuing education, and support from experienced clinicians.

  • Help redefine what pelvic health care can look like—with head-to-toe healing at the core.
